ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Ecology and environmental monitoring -is one of the branches of science aimed at ensuring nature protection and sustainable development. This direction is mainly aimed at rational management of natural resources, monitoring and analysis of environmental conditions and finding solutions to problems.
The main tasks of ecology and environmental monitoring:
1. Assessment of environmental quality: Determining the degree of pollution of air, water, soil and other natural resources.
2. Determination of negative effects on nature: Analysis of the effects of harmful substances from factories and factories, vehicle emissions and other sources.
3. Conservation of biological diversity: monitoring and protection of flora and fauna.
4. Development of environmental protection measures: Development of proposals and programs for ecosystem protection.
5. Ensuring sustainable development: rational use of natural resources and creation of an environmentally safe environment for future generations.
Types of monitoring:
• Air monitoring: Analysis of harmful gases and other pollutants in atmospheric air.
• Water monitoring: Assessment of the quality of drinking and natural water resources.
• Soil monitoring: Determination of soil fertility and pollution levels.
• Biological monitoring: Observing changes in ecosystems.
